He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver Lofton and Annie Sellers (Holloway); his son Jerry Glen Sellers; and the parents of child, Oliver and Annie Sellers.
He is survived by: his wife Elon Faye Sellers of Bangs; his sons, James Sellers (Andrea) of Lake Brownwood and Jimmy Sellers of Bangs; and his grandchildren, Shandelyn Dickey (Mikel) of Lake Brownwood, Tiffanie Sellers (Shane) of Brownwood, Brandi Sellers of Bangs, Danielle Ross (Trey) of El Paso, Cody Sellers of Fort Worth, Christopher Sellers (Tashana) of Fort Worth, Dustan Purcella (Tracy) of Comanche and Greg Purcella (Jahleel) of Comanche. He is also survived by 15 great grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 17th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Heartland Funeral Home - Early (303 Early Blvd, Early, TX 76802). A graveside service was held on Friday, October 18th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Bangs Cemetery (7700 County Road 179 Bangs, TX 76823).
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations to Heartland Funeral Home to assist in the preparation of funeral arrangements and thank you in advance for your love and support.
