It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Peggy Jean Mayfield of Bangs, Texas, who passed away on April 3, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Michael and Norma Michael; her husband Richard Mayfield; her sisters, Glenda Bullard and Veleta Martindale; her son Richard Mayfield; her grandson Michael King; and her great grandchild Elijah Flores.
She is survived by: her sons, Michael Mayfield (Alex) of Bangs and Philip Mayfield (Erica) of San Antonio; and her grandchildren, Amanda (Greg Flores) of Bangs, Amber (Joseph Meeks) of Bangs, Matthew (Ashton), Elissa (Geo) of Corpus Christy, Kayla (Mikey Flores) of Walnut Springs and Briana (Cutter) of Brownwood.
