He was predeceased by: his father A. "Red" Blake; and his grandparents, Bill, Lille Blake, Johnie and Ruth Ellis.
He is survived by: his mother Charlotte Greenwood of Bangs; his sisters, Patricia Cathey (Graham) and Martha Horn; and his nieces, Rebecca Connally (Kelly), Angela James (Mark) and Ashely Linder. He is also survived by many great nieces and nephews and friends.
