He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry L. Evans, Jr. and Helen Evans (Callaway). He is survived by: his wife Donna Evans of Bangs; his sister Betty Young (Bill) of Kingsland; his niece Katy; and his nephew Brady.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial donations be made to North Lake Community Church.
