He was predeceased by: his mother Opal Marie Overturf; his children, Gerald L. Overturf Jr. and Theresa L. Large; and his father Gerald J. Overturf. He is survived by: his daughter Cheryl Peters (Brad) of Utica, Ohio; his sister Rita Barnes of Bangs; and his grandchildren, Jennifer Williams (Melissa) of Pataskala, Nick Risolio (Vicky) of Newark, Skyler Overturf of Columbus and Freedom Overturf of Lima, Ohio. He is also survived by 1 great grandchild and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
