He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Clay and Mabel Clay. He is survived by: his wife Sarah Jerman; his children, Shannon Adams, Michael Clay and Patrick Jerman; and his brother James Clay. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren, as well as many nieces, nephews and friends.
