He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Blisard and Willie Maude Blisard (Moore); his wife Connie Blisard; and his sons, Rance Blisard and Andrew Blisard.
He is survived by: his children, Tony Blisard (Sharlett) of Nolanville, Joey Blisard (Renee) of Lake Brownwood, Bill Blisard (Kelly) of Salado, Russell Rosenbusch of Bangs and Caryn Troyer of Acton; his daughter-in-law Joan Blisard of Abilene; his grandchildren, Zachary, Lindsey, Krista, Rachael, Jacie, Caleb, Tryston, Payton, Sydney, Savana, Rebecka, Isaac, Lacy, Ryan and Seth; his great grandchildren, Aubrey and Astrid; and his siblings, Pansy Rudd of New Braunfels and T. L. Blisard (Marilyn) of Seymour. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to Rocky Creek Baptist Church (4300 CR 557, Brownwood, Texas 76801).
