In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill England and Carolyn England. He is survived by: his wife Wendy England; his stepdaughters, Brandy Livar and Keshia Allen; his grandchildren, Alfredo Livar, Adam Livar, Jaxon Hamilton, Avery Allen and Shawn Allen; and his sisters, Cathy Bryant, Mary Nell Cole and Tessie Mayo. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and lifelong friends.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Greenleaf Cemetery (2615 US-377, Brownwood, TX 76801).
