Culwell (Bandera, Texas), born in Wink, Texas, who passed away on November 3, 2019, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Luke Culwell and Iva Culwell Windom; his siblings, John Culwell, Willie Jack Culwell and Quay Lawson; and his daughter Debra Moore.
He is survived by: his wife Nettie Jean Culwell of Bandera, Texas; his brother Billy Copland of San Antonio, Texas; and his children, Peggy Heathman Chittum (Charles R. Chittum) of San Angelo, Texas, Donny Culwell of Bandera and Randal Culwell of Stephenville. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren.
