It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruben Brown of Bandera, Texas, born in Jourdanton, Texas, who passed away on September 17, 2020, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Brown and Aurora Brown; his wife Jean Mildred; his children, Steven J Brown and Carol Ann Brown; his siblings, Raymond Brown, Adaline Brown, Robert Brown, Buddy Brown and Billy Brown; and his grandson Christopher J. Leal.

He is survived by: his children, David Brown (Karen) of Bandera, Kathy Leal of Kerrville, Susy Schultz (Ronnie Schultz) of Bandera and Lee Brown of Bandera; his siblings, Jimmy Brown (Thea) of Denison Texas, Tommy Brown (Judy) of San Antonio, Johnny Brown (Sandy) and Josephine Segura of Jourdanton; and his grandchildren, Crystal Brown, Kimberly Brown, Samantha Galloway, Steven J. Leal, Robert J. Leal, Lance Halsey, Danny Schultz, Scarlet Brown, Skyler Brown and Morgan Brown. He is also survived by his 14 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
