He is survived by: his parents, Mark Moore and Amber Quick (Thomas); his daughters, Hinata and Lilly Moore; his brother Dustin Moore; his nieces and nephews, Phoenix, Aiden, Max and Penelope; his grandparents, Jim "Pappaw", Donna "Mammaw" Phillips, Marilyn Moore and Ray McDonald, Sr.; and his aunts and uncles, Jeany McDonald, Melanie Phillips, Melissa Phillips, Desiree, Kelly, Kim, Karen, Kathy Moore, Jimmy Phillips, David Marlow, Mike Marlow, Waco McDonald, Sam McDonald, Randy Moore and Curt Moore. He is also survived by loving cousins.
