He is survived by: his wife Julie Simone of Bandera, TX; his daughter Missy (Kyle Grant); his grandchildren, Grace, Elijah, Gabriel and Sarah of Dallas, TX; his sisters, Mary Elizabeth Miessler of Independence, KS and Therese Wilkinson of Scammon, KS; and his cousin Steve Pearson of Shawnee Mission, KS. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
