She was predeceased by: her mother Doris Pingleton; and her sisters, Peggy Jenice Cooke and Jennifer Evans. She is survived by: her father Al Evans (Anita); her husband Michael Teich, Sr.; her children, Michele Henderson, Jennalee Richardson and Michael Teich, Jr. (Rabecca); her sister Stephanie Stipanovic (Paul) of San Angelo; her stepfather Jerry Watts; her grandchildren, Kylee Henderson, Bristol, Braxton Richardson, Perry and Wyatt Teich; and her nephews, Travis, Taylor Eden, Stephen and Zachary Stipanovic. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Memorials may be given to St. Jude's Children's Research, MD Anderson Pancreatic Cancer Research, or Society of St. Vincent de Paul-St. Stanislaus.
