He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessie Clark and Lucille Clark; his siblings, Joyce Ann, Dewey and Lydia May; and his great grandchild Sophia Rose.
He is survived by: his former wife Joanne Collier; his children, Ricky Dwayne, David Mitchell and Kimberly Ann; his wife Freida Anne Cole; his stepchildren, Andrea Lynne, Lorilei Anne, Shawna DeAnne and Sean Drew; his siblings, Mary Evelyn Briley and Jesse David Clark; his son Rick; his grandchildren, Christian and Jefferey; his son-in-law Chris Owen; and also Allen Dale Clark. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, and 11 great grandchildren.
Flowers may be sent to the Grimes Funeral Chapels or donations to Cancer Centers of America.
