She was predeceased by: her husband Francisco Sauseda; her parents, Nolberto Mata and Juanita Mata; her brothers, Felipe Matta, Adan Matta, Miguel "Mike" Matta and Nolberto "Biro" Matta, Jr.; and her granddaughter Abby Sauseda.

She is survived by: her sons, Armando Sauseda and Francisco Sauseda, Jr.; her siblings, Eva Matta Valencia and Cipriano Matta; and her grandchildren, Armando Sauseda Jr., Auden Sauseda, Emily Madrid and Frank Sauseda (Miranda Molina).
