She is survived by: her husband Larry Smith; her children, Rebecca McClain (William) and Jeffery Ward (Carla); her brother Freddy Dean Mathews (Vivica); her niece Jennifer DeLaCruz (Jose); and her cousin Patricia Usery. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
