He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde J. Flanagan and Evelyn Fay Stokes; and his niece Jennifer Bost. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn; his son Scott (Mylea); his grandchildren, Alyssa, Shane, Avery and Ben; his daughter Kellie Ebenstein (Steve); his grandchildren, Sterlin (Hollee), Kambree Pena (Colton), Slade and Sawyer; his sister Cordelia Yocham; his nephews, Eddie Yocham (Valerie), Matt Yocham (Sally) and Howard Yocham (Dana); his sisters, Connie Fryar (Jim) and Kay Barclay; his nephews, Mark Fryar (Makenzie) and Neil Vickers (Michelle); and his grandchild Aggies.
A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church (400 N 8th St, Ballinger, TX 76821).
