He was predeceased by: his parents, Julian Puenté Niño and Margarita (Ouiedo); his former wife Alicia Silva; and his sister Alejandra Silva. He is survived by: his wife Soraida Silva (Moreno Barbosa) of Ballinger, Texas; his children, Robert Silva Jr. (Julia) of Midland, Arnold Silva (Adela) of Winters, Chris Perez of Winters, Ricky Silva (Sarah) of Winters, Raquel Martinez (John) of Ballinger, Frances Aleman (German Hernandez) of Winters, Liz Tischler (Glenn) of Winters and Elia Silva of Monterrey, Mexico; his stepsons, Rogelio Roman (Anabel Gonzales) of Tye, Ramiro Roman of Ballinger and Roberto Roman of Ballinger; and his siblings, Francisco Puenté, Lydia Arriaga (Lucas) of Houston and Alicia Silva (Julio) of Monterrey, Mexico. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital in Roberto's honor.
