She was predeceased by: her parents, Myrtle Elliott Jones and Jesse Lee Jones; her siblings, Roy Lee and Evelyn Sawyer; her husband Marvin Ross Kiser; and her sons, Marvin Gene and Ricky Kiser.
She is survived by: her son Randy (Margie) of Paint Rock; her grandchildren, Stephanie Sanchez (Fred) of El Paso, Tommy Kiser (Marisa) of San Angelo, Stormi Walker of Ballinger and James Kiser (Citlally) of Seward, NE.; and her great grandchildren, Jordan, Andrew, Ian, Eric, Jeweliana, Ethan, Chazz and Johnathan.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations to one of Nelta's favorite charities, Meals for the Elderly in San Angelo.
