She was predeceased by: her parents, George Lee Smith and Ella Vera Bullard; her husband Harold Dean Poe "Butch"; and her son Carey Dean Poe. She is survived by: her brother George Smith (Brenda) of Merkel, Texas; her children, Pamela Vance (Mark) of San Angelo, Texas and Fred Poe (Amber) of Winters, Texas.; and her grandchildren, Quentin Bell (Ashlynn) of Phoenix, Brennan Bell of San Angelo, Paige Bell of San Angelo, Madison Poe of Winters and Wade Poe of Winters, Texas..
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Heart Association, in Nelda's honor.
