He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Chester and Ida Faye Hill (Pullin); his sister Joyce McFadden; and his mother-in-law Rhody West. He is survived by: his wife Virginia West; his sons, Brad Hill (Pam) of San Angelo and Brian Hill (Amanda) of Avinger, Texas.; his nephews, Don McFadden (Debbie) and Doug McFadden (Rose); his siblings-in-law, Guy McFadden, Lois Smith, Laverne Baker (Mack) and Bobbie Love (Dwayne); and his grandchildren, Brent Hill (Sara), Meagan Hill, Brandon Hill, Paige Smith (Sam) and Mason Hill. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Ballinger Meals on Wheels in Marion's name.
