She was predeceased by: her parents, Dimas Rico and Julia Estrada Rico; her son Edward Raymond Castillo; and her siblings, Herminia Flynn (late Jim Flynn), Emma Aguilar (late Lupe Aguilar), John Soto (late Mary Soto), Joel Rico (Sandra Rico) and Felix Rico (late Ella Rico).
She is survived by: her daughters, Barbara Jo Narro (late Mario Narro) and DeeDee Cadena (late Cary Cadena); her siblings, Monica Reed (Michael Reed) and Nune Rodriguez (Josie Rodriguez); her grandchildren, Kristian Smith (Jason Smith), Julia Nunez (Jacoby Nunez), Briann Narro, Analicia Narro, Damien Miguel, Cameron Narro, Mario Narro, William Narro, Fiona Narro, Bella Narro, Benny Narro, Nicholas Narro, Damian Jade, Grace Narro, Matthew Narro, Eduardo Narro, Max Narro, Austin Castillo, Audrey Castillo, Lexi Smith and Aspyn Smith; and her great great grandchild Blakelynn Jordan. She is also survived by 8 grandkids, 11 nieces and 16 nephews, and so many cousins.
A memorial service was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at 1608 N Broadway St, Ballinger, TX 76821. A burial was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Latin American Cemetery. A celebration of life was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 5:00 PM at 6361 Arden Rd, San Angelo, TX 76901.
