She was predeceased by: her parents, Ora Lee Fletcher McDonell and Angus Allen McDonell; her husband David Allen Harvey; her son Allen Ray Harvey; her grandchildren, Krystal Lashea Noble and Franklin Harvey Noble; her son-in-law Franklin Wynne Noble; her sisters, Mary Louise Elmore and Anna Lee Evans; and her nephews, William Henry Maupin and Lawrence Allen Elmore.
She is survived by: her daughter Mary Noble of Montana; her nieces, Frances Maupin, Cindy Griswald and Leila Evans of Paint Rock; her nephew George Evans (Jan) of Huntsville; her daughter-in-law Pamela Barrow of San Angelo; and her grandchildren, Ryan Barrow of Midland, Shannon Harvey of San Angelo, David Charles Harvey of Ohio, Anna Maupin of San Angelo, Matthew Evans (Charity) of Virginia, Tasha Gray (Seth) of Ballinger, Amanda Evans of San Angelo, Melanie Granado of Menard, Wesley Evans of Oregon, Griswald (Casey) of Paint Rock and Will Evans (Amber) of Ballinger. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
