She was predeceased by: her parents, Abe Owen and Lela Mae Lacy (Rainey); and her husband Raymond "Pappy" Elbert Wade. She is survived by: her daughters, Janett Dankworth (John) and Abie Williams (Gordon Euhus); her grandchildren, John Raymond Dankworth (Tammi), Joe Dankworth (Shayla), Juston Dankworth (Becky), Timothy Williams, Wade Williams (Kate) and Lindsey Urbanek; her great grandchildren, Sydney Rawles (Logan), Payton Dankworth (Brody Baugh), Camryn Dankworth, Corbin Urbanek, Rylee Urbanek, Jaxon Dankworth, Jaclynn Dankworth and Lawson Dankworth; and her close friends, Joe "Joe Joe" Urbanek, Heidi Hethcock, Junior Carson, Jackie, Dade Hallmark, Dr. Beldon, Cindy and Etta Murchison. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
