He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jim Palmer and Johnnie Palmer; his son Herb (Debbie Palmer); his grandson Liz Palmer; his sister Virginia Berry of Belton, Texas.; his close friends, Minnie Cortez, Gene Davis and Ramon Mota; his wife Martha; his granddaughter Jamie Sue; and his siblings, Juanita Patton and Joe Palmer. He was also cherished by his great-grandchildren.
