It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Frances Jean (Graninger) Hice (Ballinger, Texas), who passed away on May 10, 2020, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, J. D. Graninger and Alpha Lee Graninger (Brazil); and her siblings, Raymond Graininger, Patricia Porterfield and Betty Bridges.

She is survived by: her husband Mike Hice; her children, Annette McKibben (Clint) of Lubbock, Tammy Green of Paint Rock and Joe Layland of Brea, CA; and her grandchildren, Pebbles Johnson of Granbury, Shane Sims (Chris) of Lubbock, Ricky Wallace (Jennifer) of Lubbock and Derreck Green of Ballinger. She is also survived by her 11 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association in her honor.

Olivia let many members of the Class of 1961 know of your wife's passing on Sunday. I wanted you to know that I am sending you sincere condolences. My husband and I have been married for 57 years.
