She was predeceased by: her parents, Sebastian Rodriguez and Manuela Rodriguez (Martinez); and her siblings, Rudy, Gilbert Rodriguez, Carmen Naranjo and Maria Martinez.

She is survived by: her daughters, Melissa Gonzales of Kyle, Mary Cortez (Rene) of Ballinger and Eloisa Franke of San Angelo; her grandchildren, Gabriella Cortez, Trista Cortez and Briley Franke (Ligo Rodriguez); her great grandchildren, Oliva Rodriguez and Baby Khloe Rodriguez; her siblings, Pilar Rodriguez (Gloria), Tudy Rodriguez (Esther), Roger Rodriguez (Mary), Oscar Rodriguez, Joe Rodriguez, Angie Velasquez, Julia Quintero, Rita Bastardo and Leonor Perales; and her cousin Vincente Martinez. She is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of choice in Eloisa's honor.
