He was predeceased by: his parents, Jeff Burke and Madonna Narcissus Love (Cragg); his mother-in-law Rhody Mae West; his son-in-law Tommy Turney Jr.; his brother-in-law Jack Bedford; and his nephew Blake Maynard.
He is survived by: his wife Bobbie Love; his children, Carrie Luera (Ronnie) and Dustin Alexander; his siblings, Arthur Ray Love (Sandra), Barbara Bedford and Linda Maynard (Dan); his grandchildren, Haleigh Turney Fabacher (Dillon), Ty Turney, Ashlyn Alexander and Eli Alexander; his sisters-in-law, Lois Smith, Laverne Baker and Virginia Hill; and his nephew Glen Mauldon.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 17th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Lange Funeral Home Chapel (1910 Hutchings Ave, Ballinger, TX 76821). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 18th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Glory Road Cowboy Church (223 Co Rd 293, Ballinger, TX 76821).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Vietnam Veterans Memorial Fund in Dwayne's name or to Meal on Wheels in Ballinger, Texas.
