She was predeceased by: her father James Milton Condra; her brother James Milton Condra II; her former husband Mike Carroll; her son-in-law Leon Guzman; and her parents-in-law, Margie and Harold Routh.
She is survived by: her daughters, Julie Carroll Guzman of San Angelo and Dottie; her husband Steve Routh; and her grandchildren, Matt and Michaela Guzman.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Ballinger Home Health and Hospice or a charity of choice in honor of Dottie.
