He is survived by: his mother Sharon Ann Kitchen (Nelson); his wife Wanda; his children, Catalla Marie Kitchen, Abbagale Nicole Kitchen, Heather Rakael Kitchen, Stefan Nyle Kitchen and Kevin Lee Louis Atkinson; and his brother James Joseph Kitchen. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
