She was predeceased by: her father-in-law Floyd Geeslin. She is survived by: her husband Charles Winchester; her daughters, Erica Bockover of Chanute and Julie Hannah of Dade County, Florida.; and her sister Linda Wimberly of Waco.
Due to the current COVID crisis a memorial service for Cindy will be held at a later date at First Christian Church.
