He was predeceased by: his parents, Pauline Shaw Rogers and Charles Joseph Rogers, Sr.; his wife Sally Jo Eisenbeck Rogers; his stepmother Mary Knight Rogers; his great grandchild Dylan Taylor; and his siblings, Robert Rogers, Jennifer Chumley and Norvelle McQuillan.
He is survived by: his children, Charles Joseph "Joe" Rogers, III (Pam) of Greenwood, SC, Robert Michael Rogers (Marsha) of Fairhope, AL, Stephen Bruce Rogers (Stephanie) of Kalaheo, HI, Tracy Rogers Bowen (Dave) of Fripp Island, SC, Beverly Rogers Taylor (Will) of Greenwood, SC and Christopher Allan Rogers (Rhonda) of Greenville, SC; and his siblings, Helen Cullen, Gail Kupfer and Henry Mears (Karen). He is also survived by grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Protestant Cemetery (305 Co Rd 257, Rowena, TX 76875).
