She was predeceased by: her parents, Beryl Cochran and Jackie Anderson Cochran; her husband Jack Smith; and her brothers, Phillip and Sam Cochran.
She is survived by: her children, Andy Smith and Stephanie Hite (Doug); her grandchildren, Jaci, Maynard Scott, Paige, Andrew Chamberlain, Tanner, Rachel Hite, Kaci, Eric Gully, Jessica and Guy VanPelt; her sisters-in-law, Darlene Smith, Joyce Cochran and Rhonda Cochran; her uncle Jim Anderson; and her cousin Joyce Stevens. She is also survived by eleven great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 12th 2025 from 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM at the Lange Funeral Home Chapel (1910 Hutchings Ave, Ballinger, TX 76821). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location.
