He is survived by: his wife Kelli Plumley of Ballinger; his children, Jimmy (Amanda Plumley) of Ballinger, Keby Plumley of San Angelo and Howard Plumley of Ballinger; his sisters, Martha Horton of Ballinger, Ann Booth of Ballinger, Clara (Harold Horton) of Ballinger and Carolyn (Gene Roberts) of Ballinger; and his sister-in-law Lenora Plumley. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
