He is survived by: his wife Jane Wilson Rigsby; his daughter Phyllis White (Billy); his sister Grace Holt; his grandchildren, Sarah Emerson (Charles), Travis Bane (Marti), Mark Rigsby (Amy) and Paige Rigsby; and his great grandchildren, Connor, Liam, Kennedy, Quincey, Tyler, Chance, Wyatt, Victoria, Sophie and Madison. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
