He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Earl "Slim" and Nellie Utley; his son Richard Utley; his wife Deloris Utley; his son Thomas Utley, Jr.; his grandson Cody Utley; and his siblings, Mary Lou Friddle and Bobby Joe Utley. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
