He was predeceased by: his parents, Herschel Joseph Hawlik and Addis Iola Hawlik (Coe); and his siblings, Herschel Roswell "Sonny" Hawlik, Eunice Faith Hawlik and June Anne Clevenger (Hawlik).
He is survived by: his wife JoAnne Rae Hawlik (Harper); his daughters, Leah Rae Gavaldon (Hawlik), Nadine Anne Burke (Hawlik) and Janet Kay Behning (Hawlik); his grandchildren, Bethany Lynn Burke, Micah J. Daniel Burke, Aaron Michael Gavaldon, Logan Grant Gavaldon, Josie Olivia Behning and Jared Paul Behning; his sister Janice Leah Stiver (Hawlik); and his pets, Dobby and Jynx.
