With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Linda Louise McDonald of Balch Springs, Texas, who passed away on July 28, 2021 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, James Wendell Slatten and Frances Coppage; and her son Randall Glenn McDonald. She is survived by: her husband Rodger McDonald; her children, Rhonda Hooper (Jonathan) and Jim Long (Shelley); her grandchildren, Natalie Pough (Chris), Brandon Hooper (Ashlea), Dalton Long (Stacey), Seth Long (Claudia), Brady Long, Beth Long, Chandler McDonald and Jeremy Lane McDonald; her great grandchildren, Palmer Pough, Carter Pough, Taylor Hooper, Remington Hooper, Nathan Long and Levi Long; and her sister Patricia Taylor (Wayne). She is also survived by nephew and a great-nephew, nieces and great-nieces.
