He is survived by: his fiancée Rebecca Lynn Tipton; his daughter Christy Lynne Gardner; his granddaughters, Cristen Shanae Davidson and Kelsey Chere'e French; his great grandchildren, Bradley Gardner, Breana McClane, Brooklynne Davidson, Brayden Davidson, Noah Douglas Ortiz and Zaylee Da'nae French; and his siblings, Shirley Knight, Shelia Climer and Kenneth Ray Forman. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews and in-laws.
