He is survived by: his wife Maria Hernandez; his children, Johnny Hernandez (Becky), Mack Hernandez (Aracely) and Maria Victoria Hernandez (Jose); his grandchildren, Gabriela, Luis, Arianna, Alyssa, Victoria, Mack Jr., Johnny Isaiah and Arely; and his siblings, Joe A. Hernandez, Janie Hernandez, Linda Knoll and Virginia Hernandez.
