He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Alfred Mangham (Jiggs) and Lilian Mangham; his significant other Barbara Tucker; his children, Harvey Jr. (Joey) and Kelly (Joe); and his siblings, Richard (Phillis) and Peggy (Johnnie). He was also cherished by grandkids, great grandkids, nieces and nephews, and many friends.
