He was predeceased by: his parents, Carlos Banda and Eustorgia Duran. He is survived by: his siblings, Elias Banda, Maria Banda, Abelina Banda, Valentina Banda and Carlos Banda; his wife Maria Luisa Banda; his children, Jose Carlos Banda, Luis Alberto Banda, Eduardo David Banda, Ivan Banda and Angelica Marie Banda; and his siblings, Manue Banda, Eva Banda, Celso Banda and Socorro Banda. He is also survived by ten grandchildren.
