It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Gary Don Reavis Sr. (Balch Springs, Texas), who passed away on May 13, 2020, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Rita Gail Reavis; his son Gary Don Reavis; his parents, Thurman Lee Reavis and Ruby Faye Brummett Reavis; and his siblings, Virginia Reavis, Nina Reavis Jackson, Linda Rae Reavis Jones and Charles Robert Reavis.

He is survived by: his children, Ronnie Lee Reavis (Latrisha Joann), Randall Wayne Reavis and Stephanie Gail Reavis; his grandchildren, Destiny Nicole Reavis (William Robert Donahoo, II), Morgan Langley Hill, Mason Douglas Hill, Makayla Hope Reavis and Kaylee Kole Williams; his great grandchild Graysen Don James Donahoo; his siblings, Eddie Reavis (Gladys), Butch Reavis (Linda Bell), Nancy Reavis Saldana (late Louis) and Donna Reavis Parrish Toon (Randall); and his brother-in-law Gerry Jones. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Although no services will be held due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Gary will be laid to rest beside the love of his life and life partner, Rita Reavis, and his son, Gary, Junior, in the Laurel Oaks Memorial Park.
