He was predeceased by: his parents, John R. Boone and Mittie Maretta Boone (Osborne); his brothers, John Boone, Jr. and Llyod Boone, Jr.; his son Clark Boone, Jr.; his granddaughter Amelia Schmidt; and his great grandchild Brooke Schmidt.
He is survived by: his wife Eva M. Boone (Armas); his daughters, Jeannette Burleigh (Tim) and Cindy Eagle (Ron); his siblings, LaVerne Elliott and Mason Boone; his grandchildren, Andrea DeLucio, Aaron Schmidt, Faith Boone, Breanna, Brighton Eagle and Megan Younsi; his siblings, Randle, Rachel, James and Philip Burleigh; his great grandchildren, Henry, Emilia and Irina DeLucio; and his grandchildren, Emily Tandy, Cruz Cervantes, Giada Guevara, Gabriella, Jordan, Kaylee, Alex, Christian, Ayden, Danny, Rochelle, Hannah, Rhianna, Jonathan and Silas Burleigh.
