He is survived by: his mother Shirley Knight; his wife Beth; his mother-in-law Peggy Gentry; his children, Courtney Murphy, Chelsea, Brockmier, Stephanie Etheridge and Chris Edwards; his children-in-law, Mike Murphy (Joey Etheridge) and Diana Edwards; his grandchildren, Chase of Abby Logan, CJ, Ava, Lathan, Londyn, Hadley, Luke, Harper and Jaxx; his sister Sharon (Ron Bunch); and his pet Bentley. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.
