He is survived by: his parents, Mary Vessels and Eugene Vessels; his brother James; his children, John Michael Vessels (Marcy) and Pamela Lynn Petrea (Glenn); his grandchildren, Stacey (Shannon), Kevin (Ana), Lori (Rocky) and Jason; his great grandchildren, Brittney (Daniel), Blake, Hannah, Sarah (Collin), Colton, Kassie, Preston (Haley), Cameron, Sean, Asia, Scarlet, Kaiden and Brett; and his siblings, Kathryn Bell, Edwin Vessels, Leeman Vessels, Ima Gene Parham, Mary Francis Simmons and Betty Anderson. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
