He is survived by: his father Lawrence Leon Reyes, Jr.; his uncle Carl Joe Reyes; his son Adam Nicholas Reyes, Jr.; his sister Ashley Elizabeth Hernandez; his brother-in-law Edilberto Hernandez, Jr.; his niece Eliza Lynn Hernandez; his nephew Isaac Matthew Hernandez; and his grandparents, Vincent, Josephine Moczygemba, Antonio and Rose Miranda. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
