He is survived by: his wife Betty McKinley; his children, Randy McKinley of Abilene, Kerry McKinley (Donna) of Baird, Mike McKinley (Nancy) of Abilene and Laura Fisher of Baird; his sisters, Reta McVey of Kingsland and Dorthie Saunders of Abilene; and his grandchildren, Catherine McKinley, Robert McKinley, Brandy McKinley, Elizabeth Parker (Matt), Levi McKinley, Brittney Fisher and Ty Fisher. He is also survived by eight great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
