It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roger Blackmon of Baird, Texas, who passed away on March 20, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lawrence Blackmon and Luella "Dimp" Dickinson Blackmon; his wife Karen Sue James; his daughters, Cara Blackmon-Harting of Frisco and Janis Laws (Phillip) of San Antonio; and his grandchildren, Chandler Harting, Nick Uretsky, Cole Harting, Jett Laws and Olivia Laws.
