She is survived by: her grandchildren, Cody Simon (Carmen Simon), Evan Simon and Eden Phillips; her great grandchildren, Alexander, Gabriel, Jacob and Noelani; her son-in-law Greg Simon (Connie); her sister-in-law Katy Dunn; and her nieces and nephews, Gary Church (Paula), Michael Church, Scott Church (Cora), Terri Jenkins (TK), Benny Gibbs (Jackie), Claudia Hernandez, Stacy Swafford, Judy Shockey and Jeff Burleson.
